Il collettivo giapponese formato da 34 percussionisti è arrivato a collaborare con grandi nomi come Kevin Saunderson, Emiliana Torrini, Equiknoxx, Rufus Wainwright e altri big che spizzi nella tracklist. Dal 1981 picchiano sui tamburi e regalano performance suggestive unendo le percussioni ad altri strumenti tipici della tradizione giapponese come il fue, shamisen, koto, e narimono. Primo brano in ascolto è con Skream… “Shinogi” da una discreta carica.
“From the minute I had the meeting regarding collaborating with Kodo and learning more about the process it takes to become a member of the group, I knew I wanted to do it. Whilst I was working with them, I was doing more and more research into them as a band and realised just how big a chance it was working with people of this scale.” SKREAM
